We are local, one store no chain. We make our dough and sauces pick and dry our our herbs, We do it right.
Extra Fresh ingredients are locally sourced when in season from our local farms.
Meats: We spice our fennel sausage and meatball in house and hand slice our extra large pepperoni for maximum freshness and flavor.
Small batch dough is proofed for 24-48 hours to enhance taste and make our crust more digestible, most importantly our crust have fresh amazing flavor.
Our seasoned deck ovens bake for a crispy crust and golden brown top.
Charleston South Carolina’s Pizzeria is set in rural Hollywood with vegetable gardens and indoor and outdoor seating on premise.
We have a great selection of Local beers and selected wines (no corkage) available for here or to go.
Busy time- Our rush hour is 5pm till 7pm. During this time Pizza may take up to 45 minutes to be ready, you are more than welcome to call before picking up to see the status of your pie. We want to get your pizza prepared to perfection.
